How to order

Orders can be placed through our website, through our linked Ebay Shop, over the phone or via email. Once you have placed an order, we will email you within 1 working day with an order confirmation. Once you have received a confirmation you will have entered into a purchase contract with us.

Payment methods

Most ‘off-the-shelf’ numerals and many other products are available from our Ebay Shop, and a link will re-direct you through, where you can opt to buy.

However, if you wish to trade ‘direct’ with the fontHouse, and after you have placed an order via email, we will be happy to send you a PayPal invoice. To enable this, we would need the email address to which your PayPal account is connected.

Alternatively, you may pay by BACS.

 Delivery & Shipping

Cancellations and Returns

You may cancel your contract with us at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. If you wish to cancel your order you must do so in writing, either by email at info@thefonthouse.com or post a written communication to:

Your refund will be the amount you paid for the goods, but your return shipping costs will not be reimbursed, unless the goods are faulty/damaged.

Returned items should be returned unused, in original, saleable condition, and in original packaging where possible (be sure you are satisfied before disposing of packaging).  If items are returned damaged, we may charge you for the reduction in value.

For security, refunds are given by the same method by which you originally paid

Custom size and Bespoke items

Under Distance Selling Regulations, products of this nature cannot be returned.

This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We have gained a good reputation in online retailing and try to ensure that goods leave our workshop - and subsequently arrive - in perfect condition. Should you find evidence of damage, or any other problem, please contact us at soon as possible.

In circumstances where damage has occurred in transit, we may need to take photographic evidence to form part of an insurance claim.

Please do not attempt to fix the problem yourself; contact us first. We are unable to accept any returns where modifications have been made.
