We use various ‘delivery partners’ depending on the nature of the product and where it is being shipped.  In the last 12 months, we have despatched items to numerous countries across 4 continents, and have the expertise and experience to ensure professionally packed and labelled consignments reach you in original condition in the minimum time.

UK Mainland, Highlands and Islands

Shipping is free, included in the quoted price.  Unless otherwise stated, items are sent ‘Next-day’/First Class.  Bespoke lettering is sent on a ‘Signed for’ next-day service.  

Overseas

Items are shipped by either:

• International Standard or International Signed via the Post Office, with a shipping charge based on weight and destination.

In Europe, the delivery aim is 3-5 working days; to all other regions (USA, Americas, Canada, Middle East, Asia, Australia, New Zealand), the delivery aim is 5-7 working days

• UPS Courier

We occasionally use this service to more remote destinations, or when we need to guarantee a quicker delivery time than the above services.  Usually, goods are received within 2-4 working days of despatch.
